A&E Noble Care Agency provides home and community-based support services for eligible children, adolescents, and adults. Services may be accessed through Virginia Medicaid DD Waivers, CCC Plus/Medicaid-funded personal care options, or private pay when applicable. Our team will help families and referral sources understand the next steps and determine which service option may fit the individual’s needs.

 Virginia Medicaid DD Waiver Services 

 Virginia’s Developmental Disability Waivers help eligible individuals receive support in their homes and communities. Individuals with an active DD Waiver may access services such as In-Home Support, Community Engagement, Community Coaching, Respite, Personal Assistance and other approved supports based on their Individual Support Plan and service authorization. 

 Personal Assistance / CCC Plus Services 

 Personal Assistance services may support individuals who need help with daily living activities, personal care, supervision, safety, and maintaining routines at home or in the community. These services may be available through Medicaid/CCC Plus depending on eligibility and authorization. 

 Private Pay Options 

 Families may contact A&E Noble Care Agency to discuss private pay support options when services are not covered by a waiver or when additional support is needed outside of authorized hours.
