OUR SERVICES

In-Home Support

In-Home Support helps individuals develop and maintain the skills needed to live as safely and independently as possible. Support may include personal routines, household responsibilities, communication, decision-making, community safety, meal preparation, and other daily living activities. Services are based on each person’s individual goals, abilities, preferences, and level of support needed.

Personal Assistance

Personal Assistance provides hands-on help with essential daily activities when an individual needs support because of a disability or health-related need. Assistance may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe living environment. The goal is to support the individual’s health, comfort, dignity, and ability to remain in their home and community.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement helps individuals become active and included members of their communities. Individuals may participate in recreational activities, volunteering, shopping, fitness, educational opportunities, social events, and other meaningful experiences based on their interests. Staff provide support with communication, social skills, safety, decision-making, and building greater confidence in community settings.

Community Coaching

Community Coaching provides individualized support for people who need more focused assistance while participating in community activities. Services may help with managing behaviors, improving communication, learning appropriate social interactions, following community expectations, and staying safe. Support is structured around the individual’s needs and helps them build skills that may allow for greater independence over time.

Respite Care

Respite Care provides temporary support for individuals while giving family members and unpaid caregivers time to rest, attend appointments, work, travel, or manage other responsibilities. During respite, the individual continues to receive supervision, assistance with routines, and support with health and safety needs. Services are planned around the individual’s preferences, schedule, and established care needs.

Services Designed Around the Individual

At A&E Noble Care Agency, we understand that no two individuals are the same. Our services are developed around each person’s abilities, preferences, support needs, daily routines, and long-term goals. We focus on safety, independence, dignity, meaningful participation, and quality of life.

Getting Started

Starting Services with A&E

Once A&E receives the referral, our team will contact the family, review the approved plan and hours, complete the intake process, discuss the individual’s routines and preferences, and identify appropriately trained staff. Services can begin after the required documents, approvals, and staffing arrangements are completed.

Not sure where to start? Families may contact A&E Noble Care Agency for general guidance, but waiver eligibility, placement, and service authorization decisions are completed through Medicaid, DBHDS, and the individual’s Support Coordinator.
