A&E Noble Care Agency was born from professional experience and a deeply personal connection.

When the founders’ niece was born, she was rushed into emergency care from her very first breath. What should have been a joyful moment quickly became a frightening and uncertain experience for the entire family. The urgency, confusion, and unanswered questions revealed how overwhelming life can become when a family is suddenly faced with unexpected developmental and support needs.

Esi had already dedicated many years of her career to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, but in that moment, the work became deeply personal. She understood not only the responsibility involved in providing quality services, but also the emotional weight families carry while trying to make the best decisions for someone they love. The experience strengthened her belief that families deserve more than services alone, they deserve reassurance, guidance, consistency, compassion, and people they can genuinely trust.

Together, Esi and Victor created A&E Noble Care Agency to turn that personal experience into a lasting legacy of support. Their vision was to build an agency where individuals are recognized for their strengths, abilities, preferences, and potential rather than defined by a diagnosis or limitation.

Through person-centered support, patient guidance, and meaningful skill-building opportunities, A&E helps individuals strengthen communication, develop daily living skills, make choices, increase independence, participate in their communities, and work toward goals that are important to them.

At the heart of A&E is a commitment to dignity, respect, advocacy, and genuine human connection. The goal is not simply to provide services, but to create stability, build confidence, encourage growth, support families, and help each person live a meaningful life with greater choice, belonging, and purpose.
